1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing LegalVault products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Product Description

LegalVault offers air-gapped AI appliances designed for law firms. Our products include:

• The Spark ("The Team Brain"): NVIDIA Grace Blackwell-based system with 128GB unified memory, optimized for deep document analysis. Supports 1-5 concurrent users.
• The Titan ("The Hybrid Drafter"): NVIDIA RTX 5090-based system with 32GB VRAM + 192GB RAM, featuring 8B fast mode and 70B deep think mode. Single dedicated user.
• Vault Guard™: Tiered monthly subscription service including legal knowledge updates, support, and maintenance. Mandatory for Year 1.

3. Reservations and Deposits

3.1 Reservation Process

Reservations require a $1,000 refundable deposit. By placing a reservation, you are expressing intent to purchase but are not obligated to complete the purchase.

3.2 Deposit Refunds

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. To request a refund, contact us at sales@legalvault.dev.

3.3 Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are subject to change based on component availability, particularly NVIDIA chip supply. We will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated delivery date.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing:

• The Nomad: $7,500 + Vault Core ($199/mo) or Vault Pro ($499/mo)
• The Titan: $8,000 + Vault Core ($199/mo) or Vault Pro ($499/mo)
• The Spark: $9,500 + Vault Core ($999/mo) or Vault Pro ($1,999/mo)
• The Nexus: $29,500 + Vault Core ($2,999/mo) or Vault Pro ($4,999/mo)
• Vault Guard™ subscription is mandatory for Year 1

Full payment is due before shipment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer white-glove delivery service within the continental United States, which includes:

• Professional delivery to your office
• Physical installation and setup
• Initial configuration and testing
• Staff training session

International shipping and delivery options are available upon request.

6. Warranty

LegalVault appliances come with a limited hardware warranty:

• Duration: 2 years from date of delivery
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, modifications, or external factors

Vault Guard subscribers receive extended warranty coverage for the duration of their subscription.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your LegalVault appliance, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. The unit must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.

8. Vault Guard Subscription

8.1 Service Description

Vault Guard is an optional monthly subscription that includes:

• Software and AI model updates
• Priority technical support
• Extended warranty coverage
• Security patches and updates

8.2 Cancellation

You may cancel Vault Guard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your appliance will continue to function, but you will no longer receive updates or priority support.

9. Intellectual Property

The LegalVault software, including all AI models and associated documentation, is licensed, not sold. You receive a license to use the software on your purchased appliance. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our products or services.

11. Disclaimer

LegalVault is a tool to assist legal professionals. It does not provide legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
